A graduate of the Medical College of Ohio, Dr. McNemar completed his general surgery residency at the Cleveland Clinic, followed by a plastic surgery fellowship at Akron City Hospital. He further specialized in hand and microvascular surgery at the Bunke Clinic in San Francisco.
